Hello! My name is Gordon Jendritz, and I am an NCARB certified licensed commercial architect with 30+ years of experience delivering over 9 million square feet of projects representing approximately $950 million in construction value across industrial, retail, hospitality, entertainment, and residential sectors.
Over my career, I have worked with prestigious organizations including Albert Kahn Associates and Wolverine Building Group, and have served as Senior Architect and Project Manager leading multidisciplinary teams on large scale facilities such as automotive service centers, entertainment complexes, corporate facilities, and industrial developments, including projects exceeding $60M individual construction value.
I specialize in guiding projects from feasibility through construction using both design build and design bid build delivery. With a Bachelor of Architecture and an MBA, I approach projects from a business and construction perspective, focusing on constructability, cost control, coordination, and permitting strategy rather than theoretical design.
This experience allows me to identify risks early, prevent change orders, and help clients make confident decisions so projects are buildable, on budget, and executed without surprises.
